So this past weekend I was feeling a little under the weather with the temperature going up and down and all the running around I do with lack of sleep it was bound to happen! So below are some things I did to recover and get my body back and healthy..

# 1 on my list ALWAYS is  keep up your fluid intake while you are sick. Your body loses fluids during mucus production and from fevers. Make sure you drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. But if you don’t like the taste of water (side eye) try herbal teas, ginger ale or sports drinks. These are other alternatives to water but pleaseeee  avoid drinks with caffeine and alcohol. These will cause further dehydrationAlso Vitamin C is a biggie!!!!  I take vitamin C pills everyday…And finally get lots of rest the recommend time is at least 8-10 hours of sleep.
