“Oklahoma City police have released video of an officer killing a man acting erratically on a bus.
Miguel Chaves-Angles was shot dead by Officer Daniel Carli last month, after what police say was a kidnapping and an attempt to grab a policewoman’s gun.
The 42-year-old was taken to a hospital for an evaluation earlier in the day on June 24 after banging his head on the floor and saying he was upset about a possible divorce, according to KFOR.
Police say that after he was released he got into a car with two women and told them drive, traveling more than a mile before getting out and eventually ending up on a city bus.”
