One month after his house got raided in a child pornography investigation, Jared Fogle will plead guilty on child porn charges. FOX59 reports that he’s expected to enter the deal on Wednesday.
Investigators found several computers and DVDs of child pornography when they searched his home. It’s not clear yet if Fogle will serve time with the plea deal. The U.S. Attorney’s Office will reveal the details tomorrow (Aug. 19), according to FOX.
Child pornography charges also hit Russell Taylor, the former director of Fogle’s Jared Foundation. Earlier this year, Taylor was arrested after 500 pieces of child pornography footage were found in his home.
Subway is distancing itself far away from this. The company and Fogle have mutually agreed in July to end their relationship.
