Just a day after receiving the news of the death of Nelson Mandela, the funeral arrangements have been released. According to Hip Hollywood,
“The icon will be laid to rest at his ancestral village of Qunu in the Eastern Cape.The funeral will take place under a large tent in the hills where Mandiba played as a kid”.
“A week of national mourning will include an open-air memorial service at the Johannesburg’s Soccer City stadium, the site of the 2010 World Cup final on Dec. 10, President Jacob Zuma said on Friday”.
Zuma concluded with saying,
“Starting Wednesday, Mandela’s body will lie in state at the Union Buildings in Pretoria until the burial”.
