A disturbing story comes out of a Harlem, New York public elementary school. A third grade boy was allegedly forced by a fifth grader to perform oral sex on him and three other classmates.
The fifth grader allegedly has a history of sexual conduct at the school.
The victim’s (third grader) mother is filing a $6 million dollar law suit against the city Education Department in Manhattan for “emotional and psychological anguish,” and for “failing to alert parents and authorities that the Fifth grader had a history as a sexual deviant.”
