OJ Simpson takes the stand today to request a new trial after he claims that his lawyer botched his case. He is currently serving 9 to 33 years in prison for his conviction on armed robbery, kidnapping and other charges in a 2007 gunpoint confrontation over sports memorabilia that he claims was stolen from him.
