Do you guys remember the group 3T with Tito Jackson’s three sons? Tito Joe Jackson, aka TJ, now 34, is now getting his own attorneys involved in a bid to become temporary guardian of Michael Jackson’s three kids – Prince, Paris and Blanket. With all the craziness and even apparent ‘kidnapping’ of Katherine Jackson by her own children, the grandkids are being left unprotected. Meanwhile, executors of Michael Jackson’s estate are also putting in an emergency bid for MJ’s kids. Janet, Randy, and the other siblings feel like the executors are frauds and trying to steal MJ’s funds and control the most prime assets – the children.
TJ is apparently very close to MJ’s kids and even tweeted Paris saying “I know it’s completely unfair for them to do this to you and your brothers. We will keep trying. I love you.” According to California state law, a judge will not even consider a temporary guardian for teenagers unless the children want it, and apparently TJ has often acted like a parent to the kids in the past.
