Baltimore Local Travels to St. Thomas for The Real World Season 27
Baltimore‘s own Trey Weatherholtz is one of seven strangers picked to live in a house and have their lives taped in the tropical destination of St. Thomas for The Real World Season 27, premiering this month. The Real World, MTV’s longest running show and the “godfather” of modern reality TV, returns for a summer of fun in the sun in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Trey joins six other cast members from around the country for a season of living the laidback Caribbean culture.
Trey is a football star from a blue-collar section of Baltimore, who grew up without a father (as his father was in jail for charges related to murder). He had once hoped to erase his father’s legacy by pursuing a career in law enforcement, but those dreams were dashed when he got caught selling prescription drugs to his football teammates. This star athlete with an aggressive temper and “old school” values is actively working on becoming a better man.
