Each year, MTV does a ‘Hottest MC’s In The Game’ list. The criteria used to be considered for list is “a combination of impact, buzz, sales, lyrics, swag and the intangibles”.
With the BIGGEST album of the year (Watch The Throne with Kanye West) and the BIGGEST Hip Hop tour, can someone tell me why Jay Z is not on top of the list, or even in the Top 5?
