I’ve only been to the Owings Mills Mall once to help my (then) boyfriend find a tie for New Year’s Eve. Needless to say the night was a good one (no engagement ring…but I digress). Can’t say the same for the outcome of this mall! Word has it the mall will soon be demolished to make room for a “$65 million dollar retail development” according to the Baltimore Sun.
