Baltimore City based Property Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician with experience in Apartment and Townhome Maintenance to join their team.
Applicant must have a minimum of 3 consecutive years of experience as a Maintenance Technician for Apartments and or Townhomes.
Applicant must be looking for a career, not a job.
Perform emergency/corrective/and preventive maintenance in apartments and town homes.
Replace and swap out equipment as necessary
Accurately estimate time and material requirements for repair and replacement
Maintain a complete set of necessary tools and test equipment
Responsible for assets (tools and vehicle) used on job
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Have a valid driver’s license
Be able to stand for long periods of time
Daily travel to multiple job locations
2 Years Experience as a Residential Maintenance Technician Required!
This is not an IT position.
Facilities Maintenance or Commerical Maintenance experience is not comparable.
