This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday and one Saturday a month, that requires extensive telephone contact in a call center atmosphere. The agent’s manage delinquent accounts by recovering their outstanding balances, negotiates financial solutions and provides excellent client relations. An exciting opportunity for individuals interested in fields such as inside sales, telemarketing, customer service and financial industries. We are looking for: Motivated, self starting, goal driven individuals. A telemarketing, collections or call center background is preferred but not necessary. Proficency in basic computer skills are required for sucess.
