After posting 11 all-star game appearances and 4 scoring titles it finally appears Allen Iverson‘s services are no long wanted in the NBA.

Iverson has agreed to sign a two-year contract worth $4 million to play with Besiktas of the Turkish professional league, according to Yahoo! Sports.

According to the report, Iverson turned down a more lucrative deal in China because he is more intrigued about the idea of playing in Istanbul.

Iverson is expected to sign the contract this week. Besiktas, a perennial powerhouse in the Turkish league, has already begun their season and stands at 1-1.

Iverson is expected to report to his new team sometime during the first week of November.
