Producer Swizz Beatz is being sued by a producer who claims he orchestrated Cassidy‘s 2007 hit, “Drink and My Two-Step,” but was never paid for his services.
According to TMZ, Antwann Frost filed a lawsuit on October 18 claiming that he helped create the drum and rhythmic pattern for Cassidy’s hit single, which was arguably the essential club anthem of ‘07.
According to the suit, Swizzy offered $5,000 and 5% of ownership of the song, but never made good on his promises.
Antwann Frost is seeking $1.5 million in damages.
