Goodfellaz "Sugar Honey Iced Tea"
The Goodfellaz were an R&B trio from the mid-1990s released one self-titled album.
They had a minor hit in 1996 with “Sugar Honey Iced Tea.” Produced by The Family Stand (of “Ghetto Heaven” fame), the song reached number 25 on Billboard’s R&B chart. A second single, “If You Walk Away,” was released in 1997 but did poorly on the charts.
It’s really a shame that this group didn’t go any further, because we really dug this song back in the day!
