This lady has filed suit against Victoria Secret over, what she claims is, a defective thong. Hard to believe? My sentiments exactly.
“So what happened, ” you ask. Allegedly she purchased a thong from the lingerie retailer and when she attempted to put it on, a metal heart-shaped decoration, secured by a staple-like piece of metal, popped off and into the eye of the plaintiff.
