Rapper, singer and actor Heavy D is celebrating a birthday today. Heavy D is a former member of Heavy D & The Boyz, a group that was popular in the 90’s. The group was the first act to be signed to Uptown Records. Do you remember that they also sang the theme song for the popular shows Living Single and MadTV? Heavy D branched out into acting having roles on A Different World and Living Single.
