Management Company is seeking experienced Maintenance Techs & Carpenters for
Baltimore and Anne Arundel Counties.
Technicians must have at least 3 years’ experience in apartment maintenance. HVAC Cert preferred but ability to repair HVAC is mandatory. Applicants will take a written maintenance exam with questions about HVAC and household appliance repair.
Carpenters must have recent experience in residential carpentry and turn-over experience is a plus.
****Both positions require tools, transportation and valid driver’s license. Pre-employment background screening to include criminal background and drug testing is required.

WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT WITH SOME DELIVERY (WEST BALTIMORE)
The Naron Mary Sue Candy Company is looking for a warehouse assistant to help with receiving, inventory, order assembly, shipping and keeping the warehouse orderly. The ability to work accurately is a must. This position serves as a backup to our regular delivery person. You must be able to drive a 26 foot box truck and a van. A clean driving record and a general knowledge of the Baltimore Washington area is required. M-TH 7:30AM – 4:00 PM AND F 7:30AM – Noon.
