Charlene Manns Well if they pass a bill like that I think everyone should go handsfree such as Police, Fireman and any high officials that would be exempt. They arent better than a average person and should also go by the rules… When u see some police on their cell phones they are laughing and talking so that lets me know that is not a emergency call so HANDSFREE everybody.
