Baltimore No Longer On List Of Most Dangerous Places In U.S.
Baltimore is no longer on the list of most dangerous places in the United States! The original list that included Baltimore in their Top 25, didn’t include any Maryland cities. At the top of the list is Memphis, Tennessee, followed by St. Louis, Missouri, and Detroit, Michigan. The list is based on each city’s murder and property crime rates per 100,000 people.
Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott addressed Baltimore’s lack of inclusion on the list and said,
“Baltimore, for the first time in a long time, is not on the list,”but, this is not a moment for celebration. This is progress, but we still have more work to do.”
