Trey Songz just received another major legal win! A Clark County District Court judge in Las Vegas threw out a default judgment of over $11 million against the Trey Songz after ruling he was never properly served with the lawsuit. This is following a 2023 battery lawsuit filed by Tyrelle Dunn, who claimed Trey and his security team attacked him after Dunn’s wife was allegedly assaulted in Trey’s hotel room. Trey’s lawyers filed a motion to overturn it, stating that he was improperly served and deserved the chance to defend himself in court. While the legal battle is far from over, For now, Trey is off the hook for the $11 million!
