Diddy Files New Appeal To Be Released From Prison

It looks like Diddy is praying on the third time being a charm for him! Diddy is currently still sitting behind bars after he was charged with racketeering and sex trafficking, and despite being denied bond twice he has issued another appeal. Diddy’s legal team has filed documents appealing the most recent denial and argued that he wasn’t a flight risk.

In the docs, Diddy’s legal team argues he poses no conceivable flight risk … contrary to what federal prosecutors have been claiming.
His lawyers argued the $50 million bail offered has enough restrictions to address any possible concerns about witness tampering and flight risk package
