Former Baltimore Police Sgt. Thomas Allers, serving a 15 year sentence for racketeering offenses in the City Police Department’s Gun Trace Task Force has asked Trump to commute his sentence.
According to his plea agreement, Allers stole money from victims, swore out false affidavits, and submitted false official incident reports. He became the officer-in-charge of the Gun Trace Task Force (GTTF) in 2013.
