Boosie was orderd to pay $233,128.54 to security officer Glen Kerley, who claims he was assaulted during an incident involving the rapper at a Mississippi Mall in 2017.
The judgment was reached after Boosie didn’t show up for the hearing and has not responded to pleadings in the case since his lawyer withdrew himself from the case in March.
The Judge found that Boosie and his body guard intentionally assaulted Kerley, who is still recovering from a concussion and neck injuries he suffered in the attack.
