Baltimore city water customers will see a major rate hike of 30% over the next three years for needed improvements to Baltimore’s aging water and sewer system.
This means a water bill of $100 will increase by about $10 a year for the next three years.
Mayor Catherine Pugh voted yes to the increase at Wednesday’s Board of Estimates meeting.
