Tekashi 6ix9ine will allegedly be re-sentenced to serve jail time for posting a 13-year-old engaged in a sex act.
According to Page Six, Tekashi’s lawyer and Justice Felicia Mennin made the decision after a closed-door meeting.
His lawyer declined to comment on the situation according to reports.
