Are AJ and Free Returning to BET for an After Dark Reboot of ‘106 and Park?’
This could very well be an April Fool’s joke, but AJ Calloway announced today the return of BET’s 106 and Park.
He and Free will be “returning for a reboot” of the show to be aired after dark. The return as fittingly been retitled, 106 and Park After Dark.
A few hours after taking to Instagram to thank Stephen Hill and Debra Lee for the opportunity, AJ also posted a video of Kelly Rowland sharing her excitement for the return.
In 2014, BET announced the “end of an era” with an 2-hour series finale that ran down some of the best moments over its 14 years on TV, where the current hosts at the time (Bowwow and Keshia Chante) where joined by previous hosts Aj, Free, Big Tigger, Julissa, Terrance J., Rocsi, Mykie, Paigon and Shorty da Prince.
