We asked 92Q listeners to send in their nominations for Baltimore’s Top 30 Under 30 for 2013 and we’ve chosen the best and the brightest young movers and shakers in the area to make the list. Come by daily during the whole month of February for a new member to the Top 30 Under 30 Club. (Listed in no particular order)

8. Trevor Arnett

Trevor Arnett is dedicated to helping, specifically young people, in Baltimore and around the globe. He works as the Communications Coordinator with the Center for Adolescent Health. At the Center he manages all digital communications and mentors young adults who are apart of the Youth Advisory Committee. In addition to his work at the Center for Adolescent Health and many affiliations at the school of public health, Trevor has a bachelor degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Sociology and is currently in his last semester of graduate school attending both Johns Hopkins University and Notre Dame of Maryland University to receive his master of arts in strategic communications.

Trevor has held positions as a special education teacher with the Baltimore County Public School system, a Youth Counselor with Chesapeake Treatment Center, a Media Production Consultant for various campaigns in Baltimore, and Notre Dame of Maryland University computer studies tutor.

His goals are to aid adolescents in several capacities allowing for confident youth development leading to positive career trajectories.
