Federal Prisoners Get Mp3 Players

The U.S. Bureau of prisons is currently testing the idea of accessible Mp3 players at a women’s prison in West Virginia.
If the testing proves to be positive, music players could be distributed to approximately 200,000 inmates.
The players will be sold at prison commissaries.
