Executive Administrative Assistant
A non-profit foundation near Baltimore City’s Inner Harbor Business District seeks an Executive Administrative Assistant. The applicant must possess excellent technology skills and must be proficient in working with Facebook, Constant Contact, Publisher, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The applicant must be a highly organized administrator, flexible, with the ability to multi-task, and skilled in handling a wide range of office tasks and responsibilities. Excellent verbal and writing skills are a must as is the ability to work in a team setting. Applicant is expected to be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of corporate executives. A college education is preferred while excellent employment references will also be considered.
Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Benefits include medical insurance and 401K.
