This person meets new customers that have experienced a disaster of some kind, usually fire or water damage, and begins a business relationship with them.
You will be responsible for setting up an account, assuring them that their property will be handled with extreme care and that you will do what you can to make their life better.
You will be responsible for gathering any clothing that needs to be cleaned and putting it into garment bags, for return to warehouse, where they will be sorted, cleaned and returned to the owner. This can be a dirty – dusty job, and there is many opportunities for overtime.

Call Center Representative (Columbia)
We are currently hiring for Call Center Representatives in Columbia, MD. Candidates will be making receiving inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and collecting on accounts. This is a contract position and the pay rate is $13.00/hour. Candidates must have at least 1 year of call center experience and also have general customer service experience. There will be 3 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. After training, the hours are Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. or Monday – Friday from 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
