Today actress Lindsay Lohan is facing her “brief curtain call” as she arrived at court about 10 minutes late, to begin her 90 day sentence in jail. By her side was her mother Dina Lohan and younger sister Ali, who wiped away tears after her sister was taken into a lockup. The actress’ father, Michael Lohan, was there as well. For her sentencing it was made clear from officials not to allow Lohan to serve any of her sentence on house arrest or work release, but she is likely to spend much less time in custody than her three-month sentence all stemming from violating her probation for missing her classes. Lohan is expected to do her “vacation” at a suburban Los Angeles jail where other celebrities such as Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Michelle Rodriguez have serve their time.
