HVAC TECH (Burtonsville/Laurel)

An EXPERIENCED HVAC tech is needed to service 12 ac/heat-pumps. Candidates must clean evaporator and condenser, check overflow pan and condensate drain, check freon and add if necessary, check contactor and capacitor, perform wiring inspection, replace filter and check motor amp draw. They must also be able to evacuate the system if needed for finding leaks. Must be able to relocate high and low side refrigerant lines. Work can be done in evenings or weekends if you want to do this as a side job. Occasional (non-emergency)service calls will be needed. Compensation: $35/HR
