Former Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon says she will make a decision on returning to Politics later this year. Dixon resigned from office in 2010 after being convicted for stealing gift cards from less fortunate Baltimore residents.

All the zombie has done is tax gas, sodas, cigarettes, add speed cameras, red light cameras…whats in my wallet? Not much since Stephanie Rawlings-Blake took office!
