County School Suspension Rate Is Up, Why?

The Baltimore County suspension rate is way up and has surpassed Baltimore City. One in every 10 students was suspended in the county this last school year.

Aside from the Eastern Shore it is the highest…why is this happening?

Michelle: My son goes to Stemmer Run Middle and he got suspended for falling into a teacher. -they are suspending when it’s unnecessary.

Shirley: the schools are bias and my daughter was treated unfairly.

Brian: because the city is moving all the black people from the city to the county…and now the county is the city.

Shay: it all starts at home, the video games and cartoons are also to blame and taking prayer out of the schools is another thing and it takes a village, the teachers have so much on there plate.
