Houston hip-hop legend, Scarface, has been in jail for failure to pay child support since October 2010. He has had several outstanding child support cases and has been in court multiple times since being put in jail.

According to XXL, Scarface has been locked up since October 13, 2010 and held without bail in the Montgomery County jail in Texas. Charges include failure to pay child support in four separate cases and separate charges relating to a federal case that have not been revealed.
