We have to send a BIIIIIG congratulations to Baltimore’s own Pinky Cole and her partner, Derek Hayes, for gracing the January/February 2022 issue of Essence Magazine. She’s not only made the word “Slutty” not seem so harsh but she have become a millionaire from her plant-based burger company, Slutty Vegan.
Pinky and her partner Derek are the first restauranteurs to grace the cover. In the issue titled, The Millionaires Next Door, they share their story of how they built businesses in the community to push it forward. This morning, Pinky even called into The AM Clique to talk about the cover, working on bringing Slutty Vegan to Baltimore and more. Listen Below.
Pinky is also getting ready to release a book called, Eat Plant B*tch, that is set to drop later this year.
