Chick-fil-A gets lots of love from fast food customers, even though their drive-thru service is the slowest in the business, according to a new study from Quick-Service Restaurant Drive-Thru.
The report found Chick-fil-A topping the list in accuracy, taste, and customer service but very slow at the drive-thru with an 8 minutes.
The study found KFC had the fastest average service time just under 5 minutes.
Taco Bell, Burger King and McDonald’s all average between 5 and 6 minutes.
