Brooke had a baby in secret and she did something most would call MURDER. She had the baby and took it to her backyard while the baby was still alive and buried it, so I don’t know how the judge didn’t see this as murder. The judge said he looked at this case as two little girls, and I guess because she apologized and showed remorse to the husband and his family, she was free to go.
