4-Year-Old Boy Shot Inside Baltimore County Home

A 4-year-old boy was has shot inside a Rosedale home on Tuesday.
The boy, who is expected to survive was “shot at least once in [the] lower body” inside the home on Cartwright Court.
According to Baltimore County Police, a parent was home at the time of the shooting.
Police say there’s conflicting information about how the shooting may have happened.
