Tupac Shakur’s mom is divorcing her husband and he wants half of Tupac Estate.
Afeni Shakur filed for divorce in North Carolina against Gust Davis her husband of 12 years. They have a bunch of property and he wants the right to stay on their 50 acre North Carolina ranch, keys to the houseboats and half of Tupac’s $900k a year Estate.
Afeni has filed legal papers asking the judge to stop Gust’s alimony request.
The couple doesn’t have a prenup, according to TMZ.
