Incarcerated rapper Gucci Mane appeared in court today (December 3) to face federal gun possession charges.

The ATL rapper (born Radric Davis) was arraigned before a federal judge on two counts of gun possession by a convicted felon. Gucci, 33, stands accused of displaying two different loaded handguns and acting erratically during two incidents in September, both within days of one another.

According to the federal indictments obtained by the AJC, on Sept. 12, Gucci Mane had a Taurus 45-caliber handgun and eight rounds of ammunition. On September 14 he allegedly was in a possession of a Glock 40-caliber handgun and 11 rounds of ammunition.
