Missing 7-month-old Baltimore baby boy was found in NE Washington early Monday with his teen babysitter.
D.C. police say the baby, Ki’Yauhn Birch, and 16-year-old Jonae Boozer were found in the 4400 block of Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue.
The baby was being evaluated by the fire department, and Boozer who the family barely knew has been taken into custody.
