HF Huber & Son is looking to fill an office position in which the applicant can do the following:
Bill Payment
Payroll
Manage Accounts in 3 different companies (2 Sub Companies)
Invoicing
Handle multiple Tennant BGE/ Water/ Rent, Etc
Answer multiple phone lines
Handle Funeral scheduling
Be able to fill out various credit application forms and such
MUST:
Speak good English
Have excellent people skills
Have at least 1 YR prior experience
This is a full-time position from 7am to 5pm Monday thru Friday
Must answer work calls on every other weekend and see that any information anyone may need is sent to those people
