Just one week after undergoing surgery for a mystery illness, the Huffingtonpost is reporting that the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin has incurable pancreatic cancer. Last month, the 68-year-old singer announced she was canceling all concert dates and personal appearances through May on the orders of her doctors.
Franklin, one of the most honored singers in American history, has won numerous Grammys,and has been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
