Core MTA Transit Will Be Free On Election Day

The MTA is making getting to the polls easy! For the first time the MTA is offering free transit on Election Day on all core services, including Bus, Metro Subway, Light Rail and Mobility.

Maryland Transit Administrator Holly Arnold said,

“Every citizen who wants to exercise their fundamental right to vote should have easy access to the polls, this Election Day, for the first time, the Maryland Transit Administration is proud to offer free rides to help make the voting process more accessible for everyone.”
