Phat Farm Suing ‘Phag Farm’ In New Trademark Lawsuit

Phat Farm, the clothing line founded by Hip-Hop mogul Russell Simmons, has launched a court battle to prevent another company from infringing on the brand’s name. Lawyers for Phat Fashions, the company that owns the Phat Farm trademark filed a $7 million dollar lawsuit against “Phag Farm,” a Florida-based T-shirt company.
According to the lawsuit, which was filed in US District Court for the Southern District of Miami, Phag Farm is confusing customers by selling T-Shirts that are similar in name to the famous Hip-Hop clothing line. READ MORE AT ALLHIPHOP.COM
