Mayor Blake

BALTIMORE — Baltimore’s mayor is set to deliver her first State of the City address.

You can watch the 2:30 p.m. address live on WBALTV.com by clicking here.

Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is expected to focus on issues such as the city’s $120 million budget deficit, reducing crime and finding jobs for residents in her speech at City Hall.

A spokesman said Rawlings-Blake will also highlight education and neighborhood initiatives.

Rawlings-Blake was sworn in as Baltimore’s 49th mayor earlier this month. She had served as city council president since November 2007.
