The jury in the public corruption trial of Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon has found her guilty on count 4.

Mary Bubala reports Dixon was acquitted of three other charges on Tuesday, including felony theft. But the conviction of fraudulent misappropriation by a fiduciary could force her from office.

“The city will still continue to move forward and stay focused. I know my cabinet and staff will continue to be committed [to this city],” Dixon said in a news conference outside the court. She is now heading back to City Hall.
