Following the to-go or carry out cocktail privileges being expiring after the Maryland’s State of Emergency being lifted, it looks like it’s back on! After a hearing on Monday (July 12th) the Baltimore County Board of Liquor License Commissioners decided to resume to-go or carry out cocktail privileges for bars and restaurants for at least two years and this is effective immediately.
